Maciej Cytowski was recently awarded in Miclab contest for the most interesting use of Intel Xeon Phi architecture for Timothy optimization project. Congratulations!!!
Recently we have provided new software to perform large-scale simulations of complex biological processes.
Timothy is a novel large scale parallel computational model allowing 3-D simulations of cell colonies growing and interacting with variable environment in previously unavailable tissue scale.
We are proud to congratulate Grzegorz Dudziuk and Maciej Cytowski on successfully completing their Doctoral Degrees! Well done, gentlemen!
